Merchant Zoom covers all our equipment with a full warranty and makes sure to work hard to please our customers with the quality of the equipment we sell and service. You will find our full policy below regarding returns and cancellations. Please feel free to contact our customer service department if you have any questions on any of our policies:

• All equipment purchased through Merchant Zoom has a full manufacturer warranty for at least one year from date of original purchase.
• Merchant Zoom will handle replacement and warranty work for the first thirty days after purchase of equipment from our company or corporate website
• After thirty days has expired, we assist the customer in contacting the product manufacturer for all warranties.
• New/Unopened equipment may be returned within the first thirty (30) days of purchase. (A restocking fee of up to 42% of the purchase price may be applied on the return.)
• Software and used equipment sold through MerchantWarehouse.com cannot be returned for a refund
